How to Find Suppliers When Certification Is a Hard Requirement
Prevent product similarity or a high score from overriding a mandatory certification requirement.

Define the certificate, scope, holder, issuing authority and validity window; require current evidence attributable to the fulfilling entity or site; and block candidates without it.
