1. Operator and agreement

FoundBefore is operated by Milos Topic, at Belgrade, Serbia, Serbia, registration number Not applicable — individual operator, tax identifier Not applicable. These Terms govern use of the website, workspaces and related services. The operator details must be complete before commercial launch.

2. What FoundBefore provides

FoundBefore is a private business-discovery and decision-support service. It structures information supplied by organisations, evaluates possible compatibility and enables consent-controlled introductions. It is not a broker, public marketplace, employer, investment adviser, legal adviser or party to any transaction between users.

3. Eligibility, authority and accounts

You must be at least 18, use an authorised identity and have authority to act for the organisation you register. You are responsible for account access, member roles, accurate billing details and promptly removing people who no longer need access.

4. Plans, trials and prices

FoundBefore offers Discover, Business and Scale plans. Each paid plan may begin with a 14-day trial. Monthly prices recur each month. Annual prices cover twelve months and include a 20% discount compared with twelve monthly payments. The checkout shows the exact price, currency, tax treatment, trial and renewal date before purchase.

• Discover: €49 monthly or €470.40 annually.
• Business: €149 monthly or €1,430.40 annually.
• Scale: €399 monthly or €3,830.40 annually.

5. Paddle checkout and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for online orders. Paddle processes payment, applicable sales taxes, invoices, buyer support and returns under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. FoundBefore does not receive or store full payment-card details.

6. Renewal, changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. You may cancel from the billing centre or Paddle buyer portal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Plan changes, proration, failed payments and tax adjustments are calculated or confirmed by Paddle. Mandatory cancellation and consumer rights always prevail.

7. Direct B2B and sponsored access

A signed order form or B2B contract may set custom prices, seats, limits, support, duration and sponsored access. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer. A sponsor does not own or gain access to a beneficiary organisation's private workspace unless separately authorised.

8. Customer information and confidentiality

You keep ownership of information you submit. You grant FoundBefore the limited rights needed to host, secure, structure, match, back up and display that information according to your settings and instructions. You must not submit information you lack authority to use. Each participant must respect confidentiality labels and consent boundaries.

9. Opportunity and AI limitations

Scores, suggestions, extracts, explanations, forecasts and estimated value are decision support, not guarantees. FoundBefore does not independently verify every statement or certify a counterparty. Users must verify commercial, technical, financial, legal, sanctions, safety and regulatory facts before acting. Assisted extraction produces reviewable drafts and does not create confirmed profile facts without human approval.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

FoundBefore, its software, design, scoring framework and documentation are protected intellectual property. Your subscription gives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable term. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying or exposing your confidential business information.

11. Acceptable use and enforcement

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. We may investigate, rate-limit, restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Urgent action may be taken for security, fraud, unlawful conduct or risk of harm.

12. Availability and warranties

We aim to provide a secure and useful service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing limits mandatory rights relating to defective digital services.

13. Liability

Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. For business users, and to the extent permitted by law, FoundBefore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or decisions made between participants. Aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Termination and data

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. We may terminate for an uncured material breach, prolonged non-payment, unlawful use or legal necessity. Export controls remain available as described in the product. Deletion requests use a recovery and legal-review process because records may involve several organisations, audit duties or legal holds.

15. Changes, law and contact

Material changes will be announced before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; otherwise renewed acceptance will be requested. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without removing mandatory rights or courts available to consumers. Contact office@foundbefore.com.
